Our novel bioactive filament features our unique formulation of hydroxyapatite-coated nano-PMMA particles. It shares very similar mechanical property to natural bone and is adhesive with bone cells, leading to a better efficacy. The filament is manufactured in a high temperature enclosed facility to ensure highly consistent quality. This filament material will set the stage for future custom-printed orthopedic implants.
